SEALED-BID SALE OF THE VEHICLES

UNFPA Country Office in the Kyrgyz Republic has the following vehicle to be sold by sealed-bid auction:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The vehicle will be sold on “as is and where is” basis;

• Vehicle is not customs cleared;

• Each bidder will have to deposit $ 250 in cash to UNFPA Administrative-Finance Associate in order to become eligible to place the bid. The deposit will be reimbursed to all unsuccessful bidders after finalization of all sale process. The deposit will not be reimbursed to a successful bidder, in case if s/he withdraws from the bidding after awarding.

• There are no warranties expressed or implied of any kind to the condition of the vehicles.

UNFPA Country Office in the Kyrgyz Republic invites interested companies / individuals to inspect the vehicle as per the schedule below:

Bids according to the attached form should be submitted in the sealed envelope with marking “Auction on vehicle sale. DO NOT OPEN” before 17:00 hours on 03 January 2020 to the following address:

UN House, 160 Chui Avenue, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Buyers must be fully aware that where applicable they may be obliged to pay all relevant taxes, customs broker's fees and duties for purchase of these items from the UNFPA, in accordance with existing local laws and regulations.

A bid winner should transfer proposed amount to UNFPA bank account within five working days of auction results announcement. Vehicle should be picked up within ten working days after receipt of payment and confirmation that the vehicle is custom cleared.
