The international marathon Run the Silk Road was held in the Issyk-Kul region, in which the UNFPA in Kyrgyzstan staff also took an active part.The UNFPA Country Office prioritizes the development of a culture of healthy lifestyle and the promotion of sports among employees. Also, thanks to the participation of UNFPA staff in the marathon, many participants and partners of the marathon were informed about the Global Campaign to build intolerance to violence against girls and women “Stop the Violence”.
