UNFPA Kyrgyzstan is seeking an International Expert to contribute to the enhancement of the national health supply chain.
Key requirements for the position:
- Advanced university degree /Master’s in Data Management and
decision making, Computer Science and Information Management or
relevant;
- At least 10 professional years of relevant work with international
experience in areas of Health, Medicine, and development of supply
chain policies
- Proven advocacy experience with focus on creating policy dialogue,
strategizing, health and/or family planning.
- Leadership experience and proven achievements in SCM operations,
reforms, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Language requirements: Fluency in English, Russian will be an asset
- Other requirements: good knowledge of computer applications and
information technology and excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Russian proficiency is an asset.
Supervision: Under the direct supervision of the Programme Analyst for SRH/FP/HIV, with overall supervision by the SRH Specialist at UNFPA.
